To all our valued Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop customers,
PLACING PHONE ORDERS: We highly recommend that you place any phone orders by Wednesday for the butcher to complete as soon as possible. If the item is in stock; you will receive your order by Sunday of that week at the latest unless specified otherwise
SUNDAYS: The butcher is not in the shop on Sunday's. If you are looking for a specific item that is not currently in the display case on a Sunday that we have in stock, we will take your order and prepare it for you the following Wednesday. Otherwise, the items in the display case are cut fresh Saturday evening and sold as is without any additional cutting. All items in the deli cases get vacuum sealed on Sundays as well because we are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
No Show Warning: Once you place a phone order and the butcher cuts the product, you are responsible to pick up the order within 1 week. If you wish for the butcher to cut your meat fresh for a certain date, we can absolutely note that on your order as well. However, orders that have been neglected for 1 week are automatically frozen to preserve freshness, with a phone call notification from a staff member. Once the order is frozen, you are also responsible to pick up the order within 1 week. If we do not hear from you or are unable to contact you, it may impact our ability to provide you with our phone ordering service in the future. If you are in as a walk-in, once the butcher has cut product you have asked for, you are also expected to purchase the product, as we occasionally cut display case items according to personal preference. Thank you for your understanding!
Thank you for your continued business during this time! Stay well!!
