Our pasture-raised turkey comes from our NJ location where the chicks are reared in incubator pens for the first three-weeks and then they are moved to outdoor portable pens where they have access to grasses, bugs, and feed. These pens are moved daily to ensure fresh pasture and an even distribution of manure.
