Located at 1932 US Highway 206, Skillman, NJ, we are the area’s premier source for 100% grass-fed and grass finished beef, 100% pasture raised pork and pasture raised poultry. We also occasionally have lamb and goat available, but not regularly, so please be sure to sign up for our email blasts, so that you will be notified as soon as it is in the shop ~ it always goes quick!
In addition to sourcing our 100% grass-fed and grass finished beef, 100% pasture raised pork and pasture raised poultry from local farms, we will be sourcing from other area farmers to provide you with local lamb and other local pork, as well as all natural, antibiotic free and hormone free prime beef.
We believe in knowing the farmers and knowing the food, so we can ensure you are getting the freshest, most delicious cuts of meat without harmful chemicals.
