Our butcher will be out of the shop this Wednesday, November 10, 2021. He will be back in the shop Thursday, November 11, 2021 for the rest of his typical weekly schedule (regularly Wednesday to Saturday).
If you would like to call and place and order on Wednesday of this week, the earliest available pick up date would be Thursday of this week (11/11/21). Pick up dates are determined based off of customer preference, item availability, and order size.
