Our owner, Mark Faille, has been selling meats from his farm in Hopewell, NJ since 1999. In 2004, Mark moved his family to Skillman and sold meats as Simply Grazin’. Our butcher shop has officially been called Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop since 2017. This family-operated business opened its doors to the public to do what it does best: offer the highest quality, locally sourced meats. During the COVID pandemic we wanted to assure our customers had safe access to everything we had to offer. We began taking phone orders for curbside pick-up. As restrictions have lifted a bit, we now allow one masked customer in the shop at a time, and we are still taking phone orders for curbside pick-up.
Aside from our fresh and delicious meats, we also offer many locally sourced products, including Wild Kombucha, Fishtown Ferments Kimchi, sunflower oil, granola bars, milk, cheeses, organic pastas, and more. Also, last Spring, we added an onsite garden to provide our customers with farm fresh vegetables and herbs.
