If you’re looking for something fabulous to serve for the holidays or your next special occasion, we have just the thing! Our Pork Crown Roast!! It is made from the pork loin (it takes 2 pork loins to make one crown roast). Here are the details:

  • You must place your order with a staff member via phone at least 1 week prior to your desired pickup date
  • This roast feeds approximately 1 person per rib (as a recommendation)
  • The largest size is 20 ribs
  • The smallest size is 18 ribs

HOW TO COOK:

Dry rub or marinade at least 24 hours prior to cooking, bake at 375 degrees F until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Remove the foil towards the end to prevent the bones from burning during the cooking process. Let sit for 5 minutes prior to cutting to serve
