Stacie Faille has been working in the Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop since she was in high school and now she is managing the shop!

In addition to her management duties, Stacie works front of house caring for customers, and cutting meat with what she has learned over the years (eventually Stacie would like to be a butcher as well).

Stacie will be graduating college this May and taking steps to better the shop. Her goals include making Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop more interesting and intriguing for the community; meat eater or not!

To all our valued Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop customers,

First and foremost, we wanted to thank each and every one of you for your support during this crisis. We believe we’ve done our best to serve everyone under the circumstances. Last week we had a VERY limited beef supply due to the fact that our processing plant in Maryland is really struggling to keep up with demand.  Doug, our head butcher, volunteered to go to the Maryland, so that he could personally break down our product and bring it back to the store. (THANK YOU DOUG!!) Doug is back and we now have BEEF! 

We remain OPEN for you to place phone orders for pick up ONLY during the COVID-19 health crisis. This week's hours:

  • Wednesday  May 27 from 12pm- 5pm;
  • Thursday, May 28 from 12pm- 5pm;
  • Friday, May 29 from 10am to 5pm;
  • Saturday, May 30 from 9:30am to 3pm;
  • Sunday, May 31 from 9:30am to 3pm

Customers please call 609-300-3350 to place your order- please do not leave a message; place your order with an employee.  Please look below for a list of the products we currently have in stock. Orders will be filled in the order they are received. Your order is not complete until we call you to tell you it is complete, so please do not come unless we have told you your order is ready for pickup.

We will make every attempt to ensure that your order can be processed for Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday pick up; however, we may not have control over the day it will be ready for pick up. When you come to the shop to pick up your order, you will be greeted by one of our staff members. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SHOP; we will come out to you.They will retrieve your order, bring it out to you, and take your card/check for payment. SORRY, NO CASH TRANSACTIONS AT THIS TIME. You will receive a receipt if you wish. All staff members will be wearing gloves.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we will not be taking any customers in the store during this health crisis.

Shipping Available for Tri-State area residents

For any of our customers that do not want to venture out during the pandemic, we can also ship your orders right to your front door in the Tri-State area! Your order will be frozen and shipped to you packed with dry ice via UPS Ground. (DON’T TOUCH THE DRY ICE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS) You pay for your meats, the shipping and the insulated box (usually $20-$30; then it doubles as a cooler for future use!). Skillman Farm Market will pay for the dry ice! Shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the box. Please call 609-300-3350 to place your order.
