Stacie Faille

Stacie Faille has been working in the Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop since she was in high school and now she is managing the shop!

In addition to her management duties, Stacie works front of house caring for customers, and cutting meat with what she has learned over the years (eventually Stacie would like to be a butcher as well).

Stacie graduated from college in May (2020) and has been taking steps to better the shop. Her goals include making Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop more interesting and intriguing for the community; meat eater or not!

Operations UPDATE

To all our valued Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop customers,

We are no longer requiring a mask for our customers; however, we highly recommend one if you have not been vaccinated. If you are feeling sick or have been in contact with someone with symptoms of COVID within the past two weeks, we please ask you to kindly stay home. Social distancing is still a must in the store. Due to our shop's size, it is possible a staff member will ask you to wait outside if capacity limits are reached.

PLACING PHONE ORDERS: We highly recommend that you place any phone orders by Wednesday for the butcher to complete as soon as possible. If the item is in stock; you will receive your order by Sunday of that week at the latest unless specified otherwise

SUNDAYS: The butcher is not in the shop on Sunday's. If you are looking for a specific item that is not currently in the display case on a Sunday that we have in stock, we will take your order and prepare it for you the following Wednesday. Otherwise, the items in the display case are cut fresh Saturday evening and sold as is without any additional cutting. All items in the deli cases get vacuum sealed on Sundays as well because we are closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Thank you for your continued business during this time! Stay well!!
