Our butcher will be out of the shop this Wednesday 2/16/22, our cases will be fully stocked with fresh meats however we will not be doing same day custom orders – items are sold as is from the case display. If you would like to place a custom order, please call and place your order with a staff member. The butcher will cut your order for pickup as early as Thursday 2/17/22 for in stock items.
