PLACING PHONE ORDERS: We highly recommend that you place any phone orders by Wednesday for the butcher to complete as soon as possible. If the item is in stock; you will receive your order by Sunday of that week at the latest unless specified otherwise.
SUNDAYS: The butcher is not in the shop on Sundays. If you are looking for a specific item that is not currently in the display case on a Sunday that we have in stock, we will take your order and prepare it for you the following Wednesday. Otherwise, the items in the display case are cut fresh Saturday evening and sold as is without any additional cutting. All items in the deli cases get vacuum sealed on Sundays as well because we are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
