Maggie recently joined the Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop team. She oversees front of house operations and works closely with our butcher Doug to provide high quality products and personalized customer service.
Maggie graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC where she earned her diplomas in Pastry & Baking Arts and Culinary & Restaurant Management. She has worked in a variety of bakeries and restaurants throughout New York and New Jersey for the past 10 or so years. Maggie said, “I stand behind our mission here and I’m excited to be part of the team.”
Maggie is currently pursuing her bachelors in accounting. She spends her free time studying and hanging out with her three miniature pinschers.
